Family-friendly fall activities and refreshments. Petting zoo in the Quad.\n\n \n\nPortable Planetarium 2:00 4:00 p.m.\, Multi-Purpose Activities Center (MAC)\, by Associate Professor in Physics and Astronomy Kimberly Herrmann. Dr. Herrmann will present an overview of the capabilities of the Penn State Mont Alto portable planetarium\, with digital projection and an inflatable dome that seats roughly 45 adults. Some aspects that may be explored are well-known solar system objects\, like our moon and the planets\, as well as constellations. Visitors will have the option of watching a short\, full-dome video on several astronomy topics. The door will open about every 20 minutes to allow Family Weekend attendees to come and go as desired. Feel free to bring a pillow to sit on. Standard folding chairs and some foam floor mats should also be available.\n\n \n\nWomen's soccer vs. Brandywine 2:00 p.m.\, Soccer Field. Come cheer for the Mont Alto Women's soccer team as they take on Penn State Brandywine.
