DESCRIPTION:Held Saturday July 13th during ChambersFest\, Scoop is an annual ice cream festival where the public samples flavors from local ice cream shops and votes on their favorites. The event also offers other fun activities like face painting\, music and a kids area. At 2pm a human Celebrity Sundae will be created!  All proceeds benefit Franklin County educational programs funded by the Greater Chambersburg Chamber Foundation.\n\n\n\nSAVE on tickets by purchasing them online in advance (thru Thursday July 11 @ 5pm). LOCATION:Chambersburg Area Senior High School Cafeteria 511 South Sixth Street Chambersburg\, PA 17201 (Cafeteria is located off of Tolbert Avenue). Limited parking is available near the cafeteria entrance and the Lortz Avenue entrance. Overflow parking is available in the main parking lot on McKinley Street.
