All Scoop proceeds benefit the Greater Chambersburg Chamber Foundation and its educational programming efforts in Franklin County. The Greater Chambersburg Chamber Foundation, founded in 1990, was organized as a 501(c)(3) corporation exclusively for charitable, educational, and cultural purposes. The Foundation supports the greater Franklin County business community by promoting leadership, citizenship, and workforce development.

(Cafeteria is located off of Tolbert Avenue). Limited parking is available near the cafeteria entrance and the Lortz Avenue entrance. Overflow parking is available in the main parking lot on McKinley Street.

Description
Scoop-a-Palooza 2026 will be held on Saturday, July 11 at the Chambersburg Area Senior High School cafeteria from 10:00 AM -1:30 PM. In its 17th year, Scoop is an annual ice cream festival where attendees sample flavors from local ice cream shops and vote on their favorites. The event also offers fun kid activities with the new hands-on ice cream making "Scoop Scientists' experiment at the ACNB Bank Kitchen and the Human Sundae event at 1:00 PM.
Scoop is part of the annual Chambersfest activities. All proceeds benefit the Greater Chambersburg Chamber Foundation.
SAVE on tickets by purchasing them online in advance (through Thursday, July 9 @ 5 pm). Advance ticket sales will open at the end of April.
