Description
For students completing grades 5 through age 17. Presented by Buttonwood Nature Center. During this 2-day summer camp at Orvis Hill Country, campers will learn fly fishing essentials like gear and knots, fly tying, plus freshwater biology and aquatic “critters.” Day one is macro lesson and intro to fly fishing, day two is tying flies and practicing on the pond. The fee is $115 for members of Buttonwood Nature Center, and $120 for the general public. Enrollment is limited and pre-registration is required by July 17.
