Fall's Bounty!

From cider making to pigéage (grape stomping), learn what can be done with edibles gathered in the fall! Then take some home and try it out yourself! 

The Conococheague Institute is home to dozens of apple trees, grape vines and pears, and they are ready for harvest. Learn about the historic methods of processing the fruit, experience the unique sensation of stomping grapes with your feet, and taste some fresh pressed cider.
