Salzmann Hughes, P.C., a regional law firm in South Central Pennsylvania, is seeking an experienced Receptionist/Office Manager with 1 to 3+ years of experience to support the firm.  The Candidate will support 20+ attorneys and staff and responsibilities will include: 

  • answering all incoming telephone calls
  • greeting and assisting firm clients
  • managing and processing accounts payable
  • office supply procurement
  • performing other administrative tasks which support to operations of the Chambersburg office and firm
The Candidate must have a strong work ethic, the ability to work in a team environment, the ability to multi-task and prioritize proficiency in Microsoft Office, and QuickBooks, strong attention to detail, excellent telephone skills, and exceptional organizational and communication skills.
