We are looking for someone to be the promoter, advocate, and first contact of the Human Services Administration Division for Franklin County. The individual selected for this position will be the primary contact for all Franklin County Information and Referral requests for departmental services; as well as the direct connection for the Contact PA 211 program which covers Franklin County.

Requirements
Minimal Associates degree in human services, social services, or behavioral sciences field is required. Bilingual English/Spanish speaking skills are a plus, as well as knowledge of sign language, or other interpreter skills for communication purposes. Minimum of two (2) to four (4) years of human service experience and knowledge of community resources and the ability to navigate various forms of information to find alternative solutions to unique issues; and computer experience in word processing and database required. Consideration will be given for any equivalent combination of education, experience and training.
