We are looking for someone who will be responsible for land records, deeds, title research and support of the UPI (Uniform Parcel Identifier) program. This position works closely with deeds, legal descriptions, mortgages, subdivision plans and GIS maps to determine map and record changes needed. Requirements
High School Diploma, some college and additional professional education. One year or more of responsible job-related experience. Two years working experience in office environment, county government or court system. Or, any acceptable combination of equivalent training and/or experience. Previous experience with real estate transaction, legal descriptions and other property records preferred. Experience with deed reading and writing preferred. Must be able to obtain a Certified Pennsylvania Evaluators license (CPE) within three years of employment.
