Part-Time 20 Hours Per Week. Monday & Tuesday 9-6, Wednesday 9-1, and PRN when someone calls off.
 
Weekends and Holidays off!
 
SUMMARY: Responsible for all duties associated in Patient Access Center which include but are not limited to: Service patients and their needs by scheduling patients in multiple channels such as but not limited to phone, Solution reach, and email. Also is responsible for rescheduling appointments as needed, schedule incoming referrals and provide assistance with mailings and other projects as call volume permits. Coordinated work between multiple departments. Optimized service procedures to increase customer satisfaction.

 

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or GED. Experience working in a healthcare setting highly preferred. Experience with telephones and computers. Ability to work well, relate to the client population and consistently provide excellent customer service. Ability to work as a team member and communicate effectively with co-workers and management. Ability to focus and complete assigned tasks despite frequent interruptions. Basic typing/filing. Basic familiarity with various types of office equipment, including copiers, and fax machines.
