We're a fast-paced, expanding Community Health Center looking for an LPN or MA to join our team and help improve the wellness of our neighbors. Applicants must be comfortable working with infants/ children as well as their parents’. Also, must be comfortable administering vaccines when needed.
Previous office nursing experience and knowledge of electronic medical record preferred. This nursing position completes many tasks such as phone calls, request medical records for new patients, referral tracking, lab and diagnosis tracking, authorization for medications as needed. Will also float to assist other nurses when needed. Must be able to multitask, be well organized, a good team player, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.
