SpiriTrust Lutheran is now hiring a Full Time Day Director of Sales and Marketing at The Village at Luther Ridge in Chambersburg, PA.
Education/Training: A B.S. or B.A. degree in a related field normally required.
Skill(s): Speaks and understands English; proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communication skills; proficient sales and marketing skills; thorough knowledge of lifestyle and social service offerings; proficient PC and database skills; and valid driver's license.
Experience: A minimum of five (5) years' experience in senior living marketing or mature market field; direct experience working with senior clients preferred.
Essential Duties:
- Responsible for coordinating the retirement community living sales and marketing function for residential living, personal care, skilled care.
- Evaluates commitment of lead received and determines appropriate next sales activity.
- Provides tours of the community to prospective residents and applicants including any open houses or special functions related to sales and marketing.
- Maintains the waiting list for all residential, personal care, skilled care applicants, if applicable at specific community, and keeps them apprised of their status.
- Coordinates distribution of marketing information to all leads received by telephone, coupons, and in person following established protocols.
- Demonstrates full knowledge of contracts and agreements available to prospective residents and conveys information in a clear manner.
- Works with Corporate Director of Senior Living Sales & Marketing to evaluate, design, implement, and modify present and future marketing plans. Assists with the design of and implements a comprehensive marketing and sales plan for the community.
