Join us for Grape Expectations: A Guide to Vine Care
This is an immersive personalized workshop designed to elevate your viticulture skills and deepen your understanding of grapevine management. Whether you're a seasoned grower or a passionate enthusiast, this workshop offers valuable insights into the art and science of vine care.
Workshop Highlights:
- Pruning Techniques: Learn the fundamentals of both cane and spur pruning methods, essential for maintaining vine health and optimizing fruit quality.
- Canopy Management: Discover strategies to balance foliage and fruit exposure, enhancing sunlight penetration and air circulation to promote optimal ripening and reduce disease risk.
- Pest and Disease Management: Gain insights into identifying common vineyard pests and diseases, along with effective prevention and control measures to ensure vine vitality.

- Cost: $60, which includes all workshop materials PLUS, 6 Cabernet Sauvignon vines AND a glass of your choice of wine from our curated list OR non-alcoholic beverage of choice. Guests will have the opportunity to sample our "Vintner’s Reserve Harvest Blend" - a dry, aged, Cabernet Sauvignon wine blend.
