Description
The Franklin County Historical Society will be offering an exhibit of local artist Charles Stoner’s artwork from Saturday, January 28 to Saturday, February 25. Stoner (1906-2008) was known for his pen and ink drawings depicting historical events and scenes. On display will be framed works, as well as examples of cards and small prints.
The Historical Society is located inside the Old Jail, 175 East King Street, Chambersburg, and is open Thursday-Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for visitors to view the exhibit. Tours will also be available for a nominal fee.
