Description
What if... there was a more mindful side of leadership and a more analytical side of mindfulness?
At the core, we want to feel seen, heard and understood. Meditation and mindfulness help to optimize an environment where pausing to seek first to understand becomes a default response. Incorporating meditation and mindfulness as a part of your workplace or organization's wellness is where it begins.
In this workshop, Holly Bertone facilitates the why AND the how behind the power of meditation that is specific to workplace wellness so that you can begin to see results.
By the end of your time with Holly, you will:
1. Ditch the stereotypes and understand the benefits of meditation specific to your organization or community.
2. Discover the 6-step process of why and how meditation changes your brain chemistry, which then changes your actions and behavior, which then changes your outcome.
3. Experience a 20-minute meditation as facilitated by Holly.
