Description
This year, the Heritage Christmas Home Tour features five unique and beautifully decorated locations:
The Evangelical Lutheran Church, 130 North Washington Street.
Built in 1875, this is the yellow brick church and hosts weekly services as well as opens its doors to many community functions. The Church is featured on the 2024 Heritage Christmas Ornament.
RE/MAX Premier Executives & The Uptown Cottage
111 & 113 East Baltimore Street
The RE/MAX office is in a home that was built in the late-1890’s, which they have restored and features many antiques. They also have the Uptown Cottage next door on the tour and that is a property they have remodeled and it’s a cozy little AirBNB. You'll enter through the RE/MAX office.
The Cottage at Rosemont, 242 South Allison Street
Built in the early 1900’s, this cottage is piece of Greencastle history. The Shoemaker Family has been renovating the property for the past 25 years.
The Grinchmas Home, 300 Rowe Avenue
The theme of this year's Heritage Christmas is Greencastle Whoobilation. The Basore's have been collecting 'Grinchy' items since childhood. We hope that it warms your heart when you visit.
Heritage Retirement Community
2256 Shanks Church Road
This is the home to 50 residents, and they've been "Decking the Halls" getting ready for your visit! As part of the tour, you'll get to see the Door Decorating Contest, as well as the common areas. The community residents and staff are looking forward to showing off their beautiful facility!
► The tour can be done in any order. Each home will have a booklet/ticket for the attendees who buy online.
► Advanced tickets can be bought at the Greencastle-Antrim Chamber of Commerce and at the Holiday House on Dec. 6 & 13. Cost is $15 in advance and $20 on the day of the event. Tickets can be purchased at the Evangelical Lutheran Church starting at 1 p.m. the day of the event.
