Facilitator: Paul Bart – IST Instructor for Penn State Mont Alto. He is a 30 year career IT professional, past Chief Technology Officer of a PA state agency and past Chief Information Officer of the Naval District in Washington DC.  He has been part of the Penn State Faculty and Information Sciences and Technology College for 11 years.
