Description
Free program presented by Chris Davis, park biologist at Gettysburg National Park. The Gettysburg park has a diverse landscape—natural ecosystems and agricultural features form a vital part of its historic character. A beaver complex was recently established at the base of Little Round Top. Davis will discuss various aspects of managing dynamic ecosystem processes like beaver activity in a park that is defined by historic landscape preservation.
