Wild Yeast & Wine: A Sourdough Bread Workshop

Description

Ever been curious about the sourdough bread trend? Join us at the winery for a hands-on workshop where you’ll master the art of sourdough! Mix, stretch and fold and prepare enough dough for two large loaves to bake at home. Each participant receives a starter kit and all necessary ingredients. Plus, enjoy delicious samples during the class! Spaces are limited, so don’t wait to register. Registration for this event will end March 29th.

Each participant receives a complimentary glass of wine from our selection or nonalcoholic beverage of choice.

Please bring your own large mixing bowl to take home your dough.
