Daycare Center Director.
We are looking for a candidate with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. The candidate should also be flexible and be able to manage a multi-tasked work load.
Pay is based on education and experience.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in human service related field. preferred (associate required).
- 2 years minimum experience with children required.
- Director experience preferred.
- Must pass all state and federal background checks.
- Complete a health assessment & TB Test.
- Have knowledge and understanding of DHS regulations
Job Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the childcare facility & ensure compliance with DHS regulations
- Manage employee schedule & time off request
- Daily communications with staff & parents
- Conduct classroom observations & assist teachers with implementation of approved strategies
- Recruitment & onboarding of new staff
- Create & manage employee files to ensure compliance with DHS and Keystone STARS
- Manage child files to ensure compliance with DHS
- Provide classroom coverage as needed
