This person will be responsible for providing technical assistance to surveyors, engineers, plan writers, developers, and contractors while administering PA’s Erosion & Sediment Control Program in Franklin County. Applicant must have a good working knowledge of soils, nutrients, hydrology, land use and geography.
A Bachelor Degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Natural Sciences, Environmental Science, Resource Management or related subject is required. An equivalent of education, training and experience combination may qualify at the discretion of the FCCD.
This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong personality that is not easily intimidated, proficiency in math, attention to details and a good working knowledge of various computer programs.
