HIV Quality Management Coordinator

Monday-Friday
(No weekends or holidays)
Responsible for the quality management and improvement activities for Keystone HIV Program. Write quality management plan. Write and update program policies and procedures. Participate in internal and external quality management committees as required by Keystone and funding agencies. Oversee and engage staff in quality improvement initiatives. Collect, analyze and report on QI data to Program staff, Keystone and funding agencies.
Qualifications: LPN or Bachelor’s degree in health related or social service field; Previous experience in developing and implementing a quality management program preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish, French, or Haitian Creole a plus.
