Job Summary
The Blues Program Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating the implementation of the Blues Program, a school based indicated prevention initiative. The Blues Program aims at helping adolescents with depressive symptoms and those who are at risk of developing major depression disorder. This role involves planning, implementing, and reporting duties for the Blues Program. 
 
This position will be approximately 34-37 hours per week, from August to June  (school year)- with optional summer hours. This position is offered through Healthy Communities Partnership.  Interested applicants should submit resumes to Karen Johnston (kjohnston@hcpfranklinpa.org).
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Blues Program Planning and Implementation
  • Build and maintain relationships with school administrators.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for program participants, families, and community partners.
  • Track program progress and ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Collect and analyze data to evaluate program outcomes and effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including program documentation and participant data.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and funding requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the organization’s mission and goals.
 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Education, Public Health, or other relevant fields.
  • Experience in the human services field
  • Experience in mental health or substance use programs or services
  • Experience working with youth (especially at-risk youth)
