Check & Connect Mentor
Healthy Communities Partnership has an opening for a Check & Connect Mentor. This position will be 35-40 hours per week during the school year (mid-August through mid-June) with limited summer hours if desired. Check & Connect Mentors build relationships with their assigned students, have a long-term commitment to these students, and work with persistence to support students through working with the kids, their parents, and schools. Franklin County Elementary Student Assistance Program (SAP) Liaison / Educator
Healthy Communities Partnership has an opening for an Elementary Student Assistance Program Liaison/Educator. This position will be 34-36 hours per week during the school year (mid-August through early June) with Healthy Communities Partnership. The position will include providing elementary liaison services for about 24 hours per week and providing education in schools for an additional 10-12 hours per week.
