Shalom Christian Academy is seeking a caring, dependable, and Christ-centered afternoon Extended Care Provider to join our team. This part-time position works Monday–Friday from 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm, providing a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for students after the school day ends.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising students during after-school care
- Overseeing snack time
- Assisting with homework as needed
- Leading and supervising outdoor play and other activities
- Maintaining a positive, safe, and orderly environment
- Communicating effectively with parents and school staff
- The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, is reliable, organized, and models Christian character in all interactions. Previous experience working with children is preferred but not required.
