DIRECTOR OF PRACTICE SERVICES
KEYSTONE DENTAL CARE and PEDIATRIC DENTISTRY
Keystone Health, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Chambersburg, PA, is seeking a Practice Director for its busy Dental Care Practices. This person will oversee the daily operations of the office, clinical staff, and office personnel, ensuring quality patient care in accordance with Keystone Health's mission. We are searching for someone with excellent organizational and communication skills, a high tolerance for stress, and a pleasant demeanor. The ideal applicant is team-oriented and can operate effectively both under supervision and autonomously. The Director acts as a role model for attitude, attendance, demeanor, professional appearance, and communication.
Education and/or Experience: High school graduate or GED equivalency. Three-years+ experience as a Dental Assistant preferred. Knowledge of automated computer dental office management systems. Two years' management experience required.
Certifications, Licenses and Registrations: Ability to travel to various locations as needed to fully and effectively complete responsibilities. Current CPR certification required. Certification in Dental Radiology in the state of Pennsylvania preferred.
